Exchange and return policy

Exchange
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since receiving your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return /exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags. Return/exchange will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

We require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. Returns will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

If your return request is approved, then your return will be processed, and store credits will be issued to you via email, for you to offset your subsequent orders. Store credits never expire.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 10 Ubi Crescent Ubi Tech Park Lobby C #04-38 Singapore 408564

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a return, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credits.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We only accept returns/exchanges with a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
