We accept exchange/return for store credit within 7 days of receiving item.
Item needs to be in original packaging with tags to be eligible for exchange/return for store credit.
Not applicable for orders collected at showroom.
Store credit does not expire and can be used to offset subsequent orders.
Customer is responsible for any delivery fees involved in return/exchange.
Bought it as a wedding gift as I was looking for high quality leather totebag, and this is the one!!! Look no further if you don't wanna pay extremely high prices for leather bags from more expensive brands.
