What if bag is not what I expected ?

We accept exchange/return for store credit within 7 days of receiving item.

Item needs to be in original packaging with tags to be eligible for exchange/return for store credit.

Not applicable for orders collected at showroom.

Store credit does not expire and can be used to offset subsequent orders.

Customer is responsible for any delivery fees involved in return/exchange.

Good quality bag

Received the bag last Friday. Delivery service was good. They called before reaching my place. I am very satisfied with the quality and the color of the bag. My son was impressed by the packaging of the product. I will support SL Global again if there is any new design that I like.
