Every project is unique, we will come up with a personalized project plan to cater to different budgets and requirements.
How to place order?
Product care
How to take care of leather?
- Keep it dry. If caught in the rain, use dry tissue to wipe down when under shelter or at home.
- Use regularly. If you are not using it for a period of time, we recommend airing the bag once a week with the dust bag open in an airy place such as the living room.
- If you have leather oil or cream, apply it on the polishing cloth that comes with your order, and use the cloth to spread it evenly across the bag.
Repairs
Please bring your bag down to our showroom for us to take a look and assist.
All items including small leather goods come with 1 year hardware warranty. This covers zip, buckle, buttons and even sewing.
You may check with us even after warranty, we will do our best to assist.
Exchange/return
We offer an exchange/return policy that lasts 7 days from receiving the items.
- For exchange, you can change to other design/color, and top up the difference if any. Excess amount paid can be kept as store credits. Store credits do not expire.
- For returns, item can be returned for store credits which can be used to offset subsequent orders. Store credits do not expire.

From ordering to unboxing, we strive to make the experience a pleasant one.
All leather goods are packed in dust bags, which are then packed inside a box for protection during delivery. Each order also comes with a polishing cloth.
