We accept exchange/return for store credit within 7 days of receiving item.

Customer is responsible for any delivery fees involved in return/exchange.

awesome product & loving my pruchase

I bought not 1 but 2 bags in the Boston flaten design, I love it.. as the material was so good plus their packaging was too nice & professional with very neat packing. Customer service was too professional. Overall no regrets in my 2 purchases and will return for more ....:)...
