We accept exchange/return for store credit within 7 days of receiving item.

Item needs to be in original packaging with tags to be eligible for exchange/return for store credit.

Store credit does not expire and can be used to offset subsequent orders.

Customer is responsible for any delivery fees involved in return/exchange.

The bag is structured yet eather is so soft a d light. So many compartments and it's a good size. I like it!

My 2nd purchase. This is one I must say the design is so nice and it comes with a matching twilly too. Again, great leather and workmanship. Available in nice colors too. As usual, parcel came in well packed. Musy say, my fav design so far!
