Store credit does not expire and can be used to offset subsequent orders.

Customer is responsible for any delivery fees involved in return/exchange.

Based on my judgement, I finally order online without visit showroom. But did call seller to check information of the bag. Seller, he is so helpful and reassuring me on the quality of their bags.
It's so well packed. Very fast delivery. Handbag full of real leather smell. Good quality and well sewn. Lightweight. Like the compartments inside and able to put things that are essential to me.very nice colour. Really value for money.
